Early Days of the Founder

In the late 1980s, company founder Mr. Li Baoping, then less than 20 years old, entered the seamless steel pipe industry, beginning a 38-year career. He accumulated deep industry experience and extensive channel resources, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent founding and growth of the company.

2015 · Company Founded

Liaocheng Jiesheng Materials Co., Ltd. (original name) was officially established, marking the first step toward professionalized operations.

2019 · Cooperation with Major Steel Mills

The company began cooperating with major steel mills, including Yegang, Laigang, Baosteel, Baotou Steel, Valin, Yantai Lubao and local Liaocheng steel mills.

2021 · Own Production Lines

The company deepened cooperation with local Liaocheng steel mills and acquired its own production lines through equity participation, better meeting business needs.

2024 · Diversified Business

The company's business portfolio became more diversified, covering carbon steel, stainless steel structural steel and special steel products. We are steadily growing while preparing to enter international trade and achieve global business reach.

2026 · European Business Division, Official Renaming

The European Business Division was established. The company was officially renamed Jiesheng Steel Pipe (Shandong) Co., Ltd., with International Business Director Mr. Yang Baicheng based in Cardiff, UK, dedicated to serving international customers.

Company Overview

Founded in August 2015 and located at Xinglong Steel Market, Liaocheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shandong Province, Jiesheng is a professional enterprise integrating steel trading and processing.

We currently operate 5 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production lines, 2 cold-drawn steel pipe lines and 20 precision-rolled steel pipe lines, with an annual production capacity of more than 600,000 tons. We specialize in custom production of medium-thick-wall seamless steel pipes in carbon steel, alloy steel and bearing steel using hot-rolling, precision-rolling and cold-drawing processes.

The company is equipped with a national-level CMA laboratory, a large-scale automated ultrasonic/eddy-current NDT workshop, heat-treatment workshop, pickling/phosphating workshop and other facilities to strictly control quality, ensure traceability of every batch of steel pipes, and provide one-stop deep-processing services such as cutting, chamfering and tapping.

We have 285 employees, including 20 technical personnel and 6 senior managers. The company has passed ISO9001 national quality system certification, IATF16949 certification and CMA certification, and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.
