We have 50,000+ m2 of production facilities equipped with advanced cold drawing lines, deep hole boring equipment, heat treatment furnaces, straightening machines and NDT inspection systems. Annual capacity exceeds 600,000 tons covering seamless pipes, precision pipes, stainless steel and round bars.

Yes, we hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certification, CMA Inspection & Testing Institution Qualification, and are recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise. Our products comply with ASTM, EN, JIS, GB standards. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV is available upon request.

Absolutely! We welcome factory visits. Please contact us in advance to schedule. We can arrange airport pickup and accommodation. An on-site visit gives you direct insight into our production capabilities.

Yes, every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC. 3.2 certificates and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV, ABS, DNV) are available upon request.

MOQ varies by product. Standard seamless pipes typically 1-3 tons; special grades or custom sizes may require 5-10 tons. We support trial orders.

We strictly follow ISO 9001 quality management. Each batch undergoes spectrometer chemical analysis, mechanical testing (tensile/impact/hardness), dimensional inspection, NDT (ultrasonic/eddy current), and hydrostatic testing before shipment.

Send us your requirements (OD, WT, length, grade, quantity) and we provide a quotation within 24 hours. After confirmation, we issue a Proforma Invoice. Production or shipment begins upon receipt of deposit.

We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% before shipment or against B/L copy) and L/C at sight. Long-term partners may qualify for D/P or O/A terms.

Stock items ship within 7-15 days. Custom production takes 15-30 days depending on quantity and specifications. We maintain large inventory for fast turnaround.

Yes, we offer cut-to-length, chamfering, heat treatment (normalizing/annealing/Q&T), surface treatment (galvanizing/painting), threading and precision machining. Please specify requirements when inquiring.

Cold drawn pipes achieve OD tolerance of +/-0.05mm and WT tolerance of +/-0.05mm for small diameters. Standard tolerances follow GB/T 3639 or customer specifications.

Yes, we provide OEM services including custom branding, labeling, packaging and specifications. We can produce to your drawings or samples. MOQ applies for OEM orders.

We offer a 12-month quality warranty. If any quality issues arise, we provide replacement or compensation. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours.
